1. Scope of Services

Digital Experience Partners, LLC provides services that may include strategy, website experience optimization, conversion improvement, analytics reporting, and growth marketing support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are outlined in project agreements.

2. Timelines and Client Responsibilities

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope changes, review cycles, approvals, and third-party platform dependencies. You agree to provide timely access, feedback, and approvals to support delivery.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are defined in your service agreement. You are responsible for all third-party costs associated with your project, including media spend, platform subscriptions, and vendor fees where applicable. Late payments may result in paused services.

4. Intellectual Property

Digital Experience Partners, LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, frameworks, and proprietary tools. Upon full payment, you retain rights to final client-specific deliverables unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the terms set in the service agreement. Upon termination, Digital Experience Partners, LLC will provide reasonable transition support for completed and paid work within the agreed offboarding window.
